Order Processing
Once your order is received, it will be processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your selected shipping method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery
Once items have been shipped and are in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other shipping carrier, your package is under their care and responsibility.
At that point, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress and delivery status of your package.

Digital Products
All Digital Products (E-Books, Workbooks, etc.) will be delivered immediately via email following your purchase.

No hard copies will be mailed.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any physical item (if applicable).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
