Return and Refund Policy

At Pawsative Partnerships LLC, our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services. Because we offer both digital downloads and physical products, our return policy varies depending on the type of item purchased.


1. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Downloadables)

All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Because of the immediate, downloadable nature of these products:

  • All digital sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once your digital product has been delivered.

  • Refunds may only be granted if:

    • You were charged twice for the same product, or

    • A technical error on our part prevented delivery of your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue, please email info@pawspartnerships.com with your order number so we can assist you promptly.

💡 Note: No hard copies of digital products are mailed. All items are instantly downloadable from your confirmation email.


2. Physical Products (if applicable)

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification about approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at info@pawspartnerships.com or call 1-800-746-1514.


5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email info@pawspartnerships.com with your order number.


6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the return address listed on your package or contact us for the appropriate address before shipping.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
